Our Hiring Standards
Every cleaning professional who joins our team must:

- Successfully complete a background screening prior to entering any client home
- Participate in supervised training before working independently
Background Screening
All team members undergo a professional background screening as part of our hiring process. Background checks are completed before any team member is assigned to client homes.
Training & Supervision
New hires complete a shadowing and training period alongside experienced team members to ensure:
- Quality standards are met
- Safety procedures are followed
- Client expectations are understood
We do not send new team members into homes unsupervised until they have completed training and onboarding requirements.
